This Gathering will connect over service at MedShare, a nonprofit organization located in southeast Decatur. MedShare is dedicated to improving quality of life through the recovery and redistribution of unused medical supplies and equipment to those most in need. Serve Gathering participants will organize medical supplies and equipment to be distributed to hospitals in developing countries. No medical knowledge is required to serve. This Gathering will begin Saturday, October 15, and continue for 5 weeks. Each Gathering will last four to five hours, including time for lunch. Participants will receive an email the week of October 9 with more information regarding the Gathering itinerary.
